1. Knowledge

1.1. Possesses fundamental and advanced conceptual knowledge in molecular biology, genetics, biochemistry, cell biology, and related life sciences.

1.2. Knows the scientific basis of genetic mechanisms, cellular processes, evolutionary biology, and biotechnology applications.

1.3. Explains the theoretical basis of laboratory methods and scientific research processes.

 

2. Skills

2.1. Applies basic and advanced MBG techniques such as DNA, RNA, protein analysis, cell culture, microscopy, PCR, cloning, electrophoresis, and bioinformatics.

2.2. Gathers, analyzes, interprets, and reports scientific data.

2.3. Develops solution to scientific problems; can design experiments.

2.4. Effectively uses bioinformatics tools (genome analysis, sequence alignment, phylogenetics, omics data analysis, etc.).
