Dear Students,
Starting from the Fall 2026–2027 semester, the names of the courses previously listed as GLB2XX – Global Issues Elective II and GLB2XX-1 – Global Issues Elective III have been updated.
According to the university decision, these course slots have been renamed as follows:
- GLB2XX → SGN01 – AGU Signature Course 1
- GLB2XX-1 → SGN02 – AGU Signature Course 2
The courses offered under these new course slots are considered equivalent to the courses previously offered under GLB2XX and GLB2XX-1.
For the Fall 2026–2027 semester, you can choose from five different AGU Signature Courses offered by different faculties, which will replace the GLB2XX course. The available courses, together with their course codes and titles, are listed below:
- SGN210 – Thinking with AI
- SGN220 – Innovation Through Design Thinking
- SGN230 – Critical Thinking and Problem Solving
- SGN240 – Scientific Breakthroughs and Novel Discoveries in Life Sciences
- SGN250 – History of Economics in Practice
Please pay close attention to the course codes and course names when making your course selections, particularly during registration.
